Decathlon reached out to me to create an explainer video for the launch of their new service, We Play Circular, illustrating the customer journey step by step.
We Play Circular offers a subscription package that allows customers to enjoy products without having to buy them. The products are refurbished and reusable, reducing the need to purchase items that are rarely used.
